The following is a list of service providers that have performed some work for residents, and have deserved a recommendation based on a positive experience. It is, if you like, a sort of "Angie's List".

We had Dennis come out to check out the light fixture in our master bath. Luckily, the fixture only needed a slight adjustment which he did. He is very honest and friendly, and I would recommend him to everyone.

We had them come twice. In the winter the furnace stopped working; we called them; they came within hours diagnosed the problem, a broken starter element; the service man replaced it with a unit he had in the truck; they charged us the minimum + a few bucks for the starter element. In late spring the AC stopped working - same thing: They came fast and changed a fuse. What impressed us the most is that there was never an attempt to "upsell" us to something additional.

Ray Bradley; the owner, has done all of our HVAC work. He is very good and will not try to over sell his customers. He has done work, primarily PM on several units in the Villas. He recently retired from the maintenance dept. of RMU so he is available all the time. We have had good experiences with him and I highly recommend him.

We had a very good experience with this company when we had to get our breakfast bar area repaired after a water leak in our dishwasher caused damage to the surrounding drywall.
