The Villas at Parkwood Estates

We are a community of 72 condominiums in 18 buildings located on Heather Heights Drive in Crescent Township, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

All of our units are single story with two or three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two car garage, a sun room, and an ample living/dining/kitchen area. There are cathedral ceilings throughout. Beautifully landscaped areas surround our homes.

We are part of the Moon Area School District, located about 10 minutes north of Pittsburgh International Airport, about 15 minutes from the shopping areas and malls in Robinson Township, and about 25 minutes from Downtown Pittsburgh.
